Serra Britt 10-24-2011 07:54 PM

How heavy was that garbage bag anyways? x.x

DarkForbidden-Love 10-24-2011 07:55 PM

Have someone who can walk on your back?

I know that sounds wierd but that should push whatever is out of place back into place.

Demonskid 10-24-2011 07:59 PM

and i dont have any one to walk on my back .. mom would crush me xD tht or shed fall over and hurt her self

DarkForbidden-Love 10-24-2011 08:01 PM

So no one to do it. :( Always found that to be best way to get rid of it. *Starts looking though internet files for solution* Let me see if I can find some way to help.

Quiet Man Cometh 10-24-2011 08:35 PM

Lower back stuff sucks. I have some issues with that. Turn the wrong way while lifting something and *pain.* I was at work the other day just standing around and it suddenly felt like I pulled something. An oracle in Ireland that I spoke to said right away for me to beb careful of my lower back. That was before stuff started cropping up. Heh.

Yeah, 20k is considered a small city. This was Fort St. John, which serves as a sort of hub for the area along with Dawson Creek which is more or less the same size. There are lots of outlying rural communities that are pretty tiny. The highschool I was at in FSJ has a grand total of about 250 people and was the main high school in the area, compared to my highscool where I live now which was 2000 people and one of five in the regional district. My FSJ college had some 100-200 people, while my city university has 50 000+.

foxotanashi 10-24-2011 08:39 PM

Well I hope it gets better super duper quickly!

Quiet Man Cometh 10-24-2011 09:06 PM

Big fluffy squishy pillow under your entire back on a couch is a lovely thing.

foxotanashi 10-24-2011 09:15 PM

~ and a back heating pad.

Rinni 10-24-2011 10:45 PM

Warm showers help too~ :3

Serra Britt 10-24-2011 10:56 PM

Or a warm bath if sitting/lying down is not painful ;)

Quiet Man Cometh 10-24-2011 10:59 PM

Keeping my back straight relative to my neck I find helps, and mainly keeping my back and hips in line. I am most comfortable sitting with my legs crossed or one crossed over the other, and that's apparently a sign of a poor lower back because when one sits up normally in a chair the weight pulls on the muscles. Or something like that.

Serra Britt 10-24-2011 11:08 PM

-clicks on the adorable angel kitty again-

Feythfull 10-24-2011 11:24 PM

all the chatting goes on when i am not around @+@

Quiet Man Cometh 10-24-2011 11:30 PM

I like my angel kitty. Have angel doggy too. :).

Couple of us are still here Feyth.

Serra Britt 10-24-2011 11:31 PM

Yes I'm halfway here too Feyfey -pounces-

I love your little angel kitty. And angel doggy wouldn't do the same thing for me though >.>;

Quiet Man Cometh 10-24-2011 11:33 PM

I suppose!

I guess I'll just stay the resident dog person. ;)

Serra Britt 10-24-2011 11:45 PM

I don't mind that at all, unless you start chasing me up a tree Quiet ;)

Feythfull 10-24-2011 11:50 PM

Dx it's half my fault for never sticking around long enough for people to reply

Quiet Man Cometh 10-24-2011 11:50 PM

Of course not! That would just be rude!

Talking about Serra-cats up trees, not reply methods. ;)

Serra Britt 10-25-2011 12:08 AM

Might be good to "inspire" me to get some exercise XD

I wonder if we need to tie Feyfey down :p

Quiet Man Cometh 10-25-2011 12:33 AM

Nah, I'm much too lazy for that. I'd probably be like Monty and lie on the deck or the floor, and bark loud enough to send the *other* dog on a rampage.

Serra Britt 10-25-2011 12:37 AM

Good to know when I'm testing kitty limits then Quiet ;)

Quiet Man Cometh 10-25-2011 12:44 AM

heh. Funny thing was, I was sure that Monty started doing it when he was bored too, and not just when he really did see something. He would be flopped on the floor with his head on his paws and not move at all. I'd just hear this "wuff" and my sister's hyperactive Jack Russel (hyperactive is probably a redundant term there ;)) would then go on a spaz trying to find whatever it was she had to kill.

Monty only ever met one cat, my cousin's "Friday" a part bengal (not sure about the other parts). He walked up and sniffed her nose in a mildly interested fashion, and she gave him a no-claw bop on the head and he got the hint and walked off. That was about the extent of his interest.

Serra Britt 10-25-2011 12:51 AM

Reminds me of what my parent's dog did to their cats. I do find it a little amusing that media is always portraying dogs as the "vile cat killers" or some such when they actually get along rather well. At least in all my experience which I guess isn't all that much.

Quiet Man Cometh 10-25-2011 01:04 AM

Depends on how they are raised I guess, and whether or not the dog percieves the cat as a prey animal of sorts or something to chase. My family has always had both types of animals around so all our dogs and cats have to be interspecies friendly or things get difficult fast. Monty wasn't raised with cats, but he didn't at all bothered by Friday, but that may have been because Friday lives with two dogs (and she runs things ;)) so she didn't run when he walked up. My sister's old mastiff didn't chase cats at all until one (someone's barn cat) actually ran from him. He was a puppy and then tried to chase the cats he lived who would just glare at him and go back so sleep, so he never made a habit out of it.

Serra Britt 10-25-2011 01:33 AM

Yea, it makes sense. Animals are like people too, how they are raised makes a difference on how they act in life.

Your nice long posts make me feel bad for not being able to write as much. Just a little XD

Quiet Man Cometh 10-25-2011 01:36 AM

It's comes rather easy to people who have to write a lot of college papers. Those were better at getting my typing speed up than any course or program I tried. ;)

Serra Britt 10-25-2011 01:40 AM

Ohhh, pretty new avy. I like it a lot Quiet :3

I was never good at writing papers at all. Even my creative writing which I think is pretty good (for me) doesn't always come out very long at all. I don't know if it's just that I'm not descriptive enough, or if it's something else.

Quiet Man Cometh 10-25-2011 01:49 AM

Long doesn't mean good, it just mean long, or wordy, or stuffed with lots of information, or trying to look like it. I've done all methods in school at least at one point, I'm sure. ;)

I think writing style can affect length a lot as far as creative writing goes. I find I write really small and can have a hell of a time with large word counts. I have to fight to get my NPC contest entry up to 750 words, including background and personality, and possibly the items.

It's also not like I type everything at once either. (She says as she hits "edit" for the third time). I think of more stuff to say, and I add it in and hope I havent' been ninja'd yet :p. :)

**Thanks** :)

Serra Britt 10-25-2011 01:52 AM

Well, I think I tend to get to the point often. But I also think I skip some details that others might include. Does it mean I'm not detailed enough? I'm not really sure but lots of people say they like my writing just fine.

Quiet Man Cometh 10-25-2011 02:06 AM

I've been told my writing is too detailed, so it's hard to judge. I guess it's more a trick of which details to put in. Leave out certain things and it can feel bland, put in too many superfulous things and it can feel chunky.

Serra Britt 10-25-2011 02:08 AM

Yes that sounds right. I like to think I throw in the right details at the right times at least. I haven't written in a long time aside from the RP and a few contests here so I'm not sure anymore.

Wow, I forgot how nice it was to talk to you Quiet, I'm glad I get to today ^^

Espy 10-25-2011 02:09 AM

-comes crashing through a window-

SOOOOOOOOO BOOOOOOOORED.

Serra Britt 10-25-2011 02:12 AM

You're going to FIX that Espy. -stern look-

That will keep you occupied and not bored for a while ;)

Quiet Man Cometh 10-25-2011 02:15 AM

I started on something for Rem's contest in the last event but never really made it far. I still have the draft on my comp and I do intent to finish it but it needs some smoothing, and I think some streamlining of details. ;).

Likewise, haven't seen you on MSN much and I've been absent from Tris a lot with work. Probably in the next week too. Don't have my schedual yet but I imagine I'll be working until Halloween and probably on it too.

Lazy day on Sunday though. Was looking though some of the costumes with a couple co-workers while waiting for costume calls to bring out to the customers. I liked the poodle skirt outfit but the skirt was alarminly loose around the waist in a store with lots of people and kids and things needing to be attached to belts. Got a toga instead. ;)

Quiet Man Cometh 10-25-2011 02:16 AM

What's your halloween costume, Espy?

I'm still not sure but I like to wear stuff around the store because I can get away with it. :D

Espy 10-25-2011 02:20 AM

1.) I don't fix stuff. Unless it's robots. >.>

2.) Halloween costume...I don't think my parents are gonna let me trick or treat this year. -slightly pissed- I blame...their paranoia, college apps, and it being on a Monday.

Espy 10-25-2011 02:20 AM

Trisphee-wise, though, I'm not sure. I'll either cosplay someone (maybe Brief from PSG) or dig up that outfit I made a couple weeks ago.
