All I remember about Slenderman is that give him 20 dollars thing. I think the original was called Hornet something? I'd have to check back on that.

Slenderman started out as a "make a scary creature" photo contest entry, then Marble Hornets took it and made something of it and Tribe Twelve came out originally as a shout out to Marble Hornets, but became its own series, and about a month or two after that, EverymanHYBRID started their Slendy series, I'm not sure when Alex, Chris, Jesse, and Greg came up with their series, but I'm guessing sometime after the three major series started up. Of course tons more series have spawned up on youtube but I'm not really sure I'll watch any others because they all have the same start formula. "Starts normal, or something strange happened right away, 'Oh no, it's gotta be Slenderman!' then shit gets stranger."

I'm currently watching through marble hornets. It's entertaining at least. XD

I haven't finished those series yet. They're so interesting, yet I have no time ;3;

I'm deeming it necessary to watch them in the dark, when I'm the only one awake. @ 3@

That's a good time to watch them. Also, EverymanHYBRID is really involved. It doesn't seem it at first, but at about video six, is when things go into the typical Slenderman route.
