That's where you live maybe. Anime isn't from the US, duh and it will stay popular in Japan.
But I haven't noticed anything dying down on American sits either. Well...I think only the hype died. Now most knows what it is. |
I'd be happy to see some Western comics come back into fashion.
As long as it's not Dark Age styled Rob Liefeld stuff. Some more recent comics have really gorgeous artwork though. |
Anyway I think we can happily have everything. It's unfair to decide that Trisphee isn't that kind of site. It can be a good place for all people.

And, I think, that's what is starting to come up a bit now. Manga is getting popular, and a lot of people who enjoy manga are starting to look into American graphic novels.. Marvel, in particular, has started a new style of "Fusion" where they kinda base their style off anime/manga, and that has gotten HUGE in the last few years. The US has taken a hint when it comes to manga and is changing comics here because of that. |

I step away for a few minutes and everything goes BOOM. I'm not saying load it up with anime stuff. A few things with the normal stuff is good. Like how I made this outfit, pieced togeter but it works. So is the hair. But a one wing or masamune can't be pieced together.

Logan: I very much agree. Sailor Moon was THE first anime and manga I ever saw. I remember watching my first episode when I was in the 4th grade.. which I think was um...1994. Then I found the manga about 2001. Sailor Moon, as cheesy as it is, will always hold a special place in my heart, and I fully intend to create items based off that some time.

I guess, and well I love anime and manga. Maybe manga a little more. I don't think I'd ever go over to US comics though. I'm not from the US and super heroes stopped interesting me when I was 12. And some of the manga rip offs kinda annoys me. They look manga but they still look American. I think that US comics shouldn't try too much to become manga. And the other way around.
Anywaaaaay...I think menewsha is just getting unpopular for whatever other unknown reasons. And that's all I wanted to say. They just try to find a fault to blame things on. They'll have to come up with some solution and stop running around in circles. Anyone who thinks of making an avi site today has to think twice. There are already too many so they better make it damn good. And I don't think "duh" is rude. Never heard it was. |

I agree with Wiggles on the definition of "duh." it is exactly like calling someone an idiot. I've just never mentioned it because no one really says duh to me except my mother.
