You wouldnt of gotten fired just placed on leave (after you say your taking a hiatus) where they would have removed the color and title yes but it was your choice to come back. As far as I understand when taking leave your title is not "striped" Just removed until you return but when you return its your choice to be staff again and if you wish to be then you mail Fenfen or Sei and ask to return. Thats my understanding anyways lol
