Yeah as far as I know, the egg is on a rotation of every few months or so, I am not sure if that changed or not. Plus there is the stuff coming out for June.

Edit: These eggs will appear in the shop every two months and cost 10 Runes each. After two months, they will be changed out for a new egg.
