*Saved- clings to Sei.* Thanks for rescuing me! I'm really tiny. I'd die in the waves. My heeerroooo~~*Swoons all girly and stuff.*

I love marine biology. Well, that and marine paleontology, to be more precise. The ocean has just been so amazing, creepy, and interesting all through history (after the Cambrian explosion, of course). *nodsnods*

*clings to Duce* You're welcome, good sir. I am here to assist! :'D

NikkoGallarado 08-23-2012 01:21 AM

Thanks, I was aiming for something new. XD lol

Yay save him Duce~

I mostly look at extant species...It's quite amazing the variety there is in the sea.

(And they provide excellent inspiration for various things I've drawn in the past.)

It's just a hobby, reading about stuff...I'm a software engineer, after all, not a biologist. But I'd like to think I have learned more than most people.

Sei 08-23-2012 01:30 AM

That's really cool, Toho. I'd like to share our findings sometime. It's a very interesting topic to talk about, but very few people share my enthusiasm. >.>;;

Everyone learns more then others, though I think my self rather stupid.

Sei 08-23-2012 01:38 AM

Nikko, you are not stupid. xP

...just because others learn more doesn't mean you learn less. Everyone learns what they can handle. There will always be someone who learned more than you did. *nodsnods*

Duce 08-23-2012 01:42 AM

I learn slowly. I have a dyslexia problem, ADHD, assburgers, and some other crap. But I read a lot- and since I have to read most things over and over to understand what they say, I tend to retain the information better once it's in there. XD

*Hanging off Sei* I..I may not be able to walk for a while...you..should carry me. <_<
>_>

NikkoGallarado 08-23-2012 01:46 AM

That is true, people will always learn and you're right, people keep information more then others. But I will live,

I am the manry-est of men!

Duce 08-23-2012 01:47 AM

You know things nobody else does, and you will always know things, perceive them, and understand them in a way purely unique to you- so regardless of what information you retain, you have a unique collection of thoughts and information all to yourself, that nobody will ever have as long as people exist.

NikkoGallarado 08-23-2012 01:51 AM

-nods- That is true, and silly fun facts most people don't know about also. I have this niffty things where we go driving and I have to sit up front for it to work well, but take me someplace once and I can find my way back to it.

I am the manry-est of men!

Tohopekaliga 08-23-2012 01:53 AM

I know all kinds of stuff!

...But I rely on my phone to tell me how to get everywhere that I haven't driven to repeatedly before. XD

...And most of that stuff is pretty useless. Oh well!

Duce 08-23-2012 01:53 AM

See, that's friggin' cool. I can't even give directions to my local park, and it's only like....five - twelve streets down from my house. XP

NikkoGallarado 08-23-2012 01:56 AM

I never knew why I could do it, but I could my mum dad would take me places they would forget how to get there after a while I would have to tell them how to get to it. But it was nice thing to have. XD I don't know how use the thing on my phone it makes me mad and annoyed.

I am the manry-est of men!

Sei 08-23-2012 02:03 AM

I am really bad with directions. I navigate by landmarks, rather than by street names. I rely on my GPS for even simple things that are not part of my regular driving route. xD

Duce 08-23-2012 02:07 AM

Your gps thing? IT confuses me because I don't get to go to places typically, so I end up forgetting how I need to go about setting it up. And then the directions are usually wrong anyhow.. -.-;
