Especially after this damn new workout routine. Holy hell, it kicked my ass.

what's a trail mix, batters?

@ Lauv there are different types of trail mix but the ones that are most common are a mix of nuts lke cashews, almonds, peanuts, pretzels, and the ones I like are the ones that have the m&ms in them

its basically a mix of non meat protein that you can go on a trail with :3

I prefer the ones with cranberries and granola.
