-Wears a gas mask around Odin-
Maybe I should invest in a white skin. |
That would be neat :), I'm still concidering a red skin, but I like this dragon one right now.
|
I think you look like a pikachu xD or Raichu at least every time I look at your avatar I think whoose that pokemon.
|
I like normal skin tones... I've never really liked having unnatural-looking or fantasy/sci-fi skin. Idk why. But I do think it can look cool on other people. Just I don't like them on myself on any avatar site O.o;
|
Or maybe you should save up your aurum xD. After all..you have a year to get white skin.

-Twitches ears as an elf-
So gotta say cron I was going to torture you buy giving you elf ears but I really like them. And I still don't understand why you hate elves. |
Doll beat you to it xD.
In Morrowing the Dark Elves enslaved the Humans and Argonians and didnt much like my orc so we ended up in a bitter war that resulted in me wiping out 4 elven towns and killing their emperor and goddess. In oblivion the high eleves were too snobbish for their own good. In FFXI players who played as San D'Orian elves always acted like asses. And thus; the term "Damn Dirty Elves" was born. *stands in a heroic; yet villanistic pose* |
way ahead of you with the sig thing
|
Of coarse my rivalry towards the San D'Orians outweighed my dislike towards elves.
Plus, in FFXI elves are goofy looking. Or as I put it: "Long arms... Long Legs... Too damn tall... Stupid Face.... Damn Dirty Elves!" |
If any of you had played Morrowind...you too would understand the abuses our people faced under the elves....*weeps* (Man tears damnit!)
|
extension is barely visiable lol
|
I never played FFXI ... One of the few FF's I havent played =P
|
Oh Final fantasy 11 was an mmo and thus it was the user acting like asses not elves.
As for the other thing you mention @_@ I have no idea what that is. My only experience with Elves is through Mercedes Lackey, and the movie versions of LOTR. |
I read Inverloch (a webcomic/graphic novel with a few elves in it), watched LotR, I'm an Eladrin/Noble elf in D&D, and I'm writing a novel about some elves ^^;
|
Aye, but other players can attest to this; there were more A-holes coming out of San D'Oria as elves than there were in Bastok and Windhurst. (the three major nations).
As for Marrowind and Oblivion; the were chapters 3 and 4 in the Elder Scrolls RPG from Bethesda. Both won multiple awards, and in my oppinion, are still some of the most incredible RPGs ever made. |
ELf powah -highfives Ultima-
|
*holds his war axe high* I AM THE ORC RAZIEL! KING OF DEMENSIA AND LORD OF ALL! WHEN MY HAMMER SWINGS, THE EARTH HOWELS IN PAIN! WHEN MY AXE GLEAMS, HUMANS PRAISE MY NAME! I AM VICTORY AND I AM PAIN! I AM RAZIEL!!!!
Of coarse I never played D&D; no one to play it with here. |
Do Link and Zelda count as elves? =O
|
I thought they were they have pointed ears.

Oh and the aforementioned novel is actually about my Trisphee character and my IMVU character (also an elf) getting together XDD
|
I normally associate fairies and pixies with Elves and Orcs and ghouls as different types of Elves depending on the way you use them. As for vampires well vampires can be pretty much anything as proven by twilight.

j/k x'D |
Elves are lithe woodland creatures, or Tall high-elves or Dark toned Elves who are experianced in magic and fighting. But its their physical features and traits that make them elves.
|
XD lol -Makes Chin into a sparkly Vampire chinchilla-

But regardless, Fairies and Pixies, no matter how ofton they are associated, in the realm of myth and fantasy, they are different entities entirely. *nods* Where as Orcs are ofton the darker forms of Dwarves,or evil beings, such as in the Epic of Beowolf's first few lines, where it mentioned the Orcs by a name I dont remember. |
*Literary and myth Nazi ;P*

Oh, did you know that no where in Vampire mythology does it ever say that a vampire is harmed by the sun? Anywhere? It only first appeared in the film "Nosferatu".
