Hey Tazha

But that depends on the class. I personally wouldn't mind going back in the day to do something like a fine arts class.

Airu 03-15-2011 01:20 AM

Corovignh 03-15-2011 03:46 AM

Are clowns trying to eat you?

Cronislee 03-15-2011 03:48 AM

*munches on Coro*

Poggio 03-15-2011 03:57 AM

I don't know what it is, but no its not the clown from the drain pipe.
Quick I need a good book to illustrate the cover for.

Cronislee 03-15-2011 04:04 AM

Shutter Island :D

Poggio 03-15-2011 04:05 AM

Haven't read it and its too popular anyways. My teacher advises me to stay away from current books because they already have covers and don't need reimaging.

Cronislee 03-15-2011 04:11 AM

Vampire Hunter D, Do Robots Dream of Electric Sheep?, 10 Little Indians, the Quiet American, the Picture of Dorian Grey, Gods and Generals, Hey Ho Lets Go, Silence of the Lambs, Robin Hood, the Monster of Florence

Poggio 03-15-2011 04:13 AM

Vampire Hunter D already has beautiful artwork plus I havent read it. Same with the rest of those. But keep them coming.

Cronislee 03-15-2011 04:22 AM

*thinks*

the Divine Comedy, Huckelberry Finn, Hogfather, The Color of Magic, I Shall Wear Midnight, Mass Effect; Revelation, Mass Effect; Assension, Halo; the flood, Halo; Contact Harvest, Halo; First Strike, Halo; Ghosts of Onyx, Halo; Fall of Reach, Dark Tower; the Gunslonger, Bag of Bones, Eragon, Eldest, the Chosen, the Outsiders, the Cay, Stand by Me, Brothers in Arms

Poggio 03-15-2011 04:25 AM

The Divine Comedy is too classic. Hogfather I've only seen the movie
The rest of them I haven't heard of except the Eragon series in which I am not redoing those.

Cronislee 03-15-2011 04:27 AM

@~@;;

Jurassic Park? xD

Poggio 03-15-2011 04:30 AM

>< NO NO MICHAEL CRICHTON, no no jurassic park no bio terrorism no Prey no Congo.
Sorry Jurassic park is one of this stories that freaks me out for no real reason except it just does. IT by Steven King is also another one. And Any thing with Terrorism in it like the splinter cell novels. Also I don't do Dean Koontz for some reason.

Cronislee 03-15-2011 04:35 AM

*hides*

Well, there is always Tom Sawyer, Animal Farm, Clockwork Orange, Perfume; the story of a murder, No Country for Old Men, and the old time classic, Hamlet

Poggio 03-15-2011 04:37 AM

I am noticing the political motif in alot of these books. I thought about Hamlet but I would run into the same problem that I had with my first cover. The story is so iconic its hard to reinvent it.

Cronislee 03-15-2011 04:40 AM

O.o? Political motif? Only one I listed that you could say that was Animal farm, but thats because its a classic xD

Most of what I listed are either classics or hit-sci/fi fantasy stories xD

Poggio 03-15-2011 04:45 AM

The Divine Comedy was another one. Hence why the pope is in the lower circle of hell, No country for old men. Huck Finn. It all depends on the way you view the books. in my opinion every thing has commentary.

Well actually the pope that was in hell was in hell because he was corrupt, and was on the side of the family that sent Dante into exile, so it was Dante's way of giving him the finger. Most of the people in hell that were named were of the Blacks, who sent him into exile.

Huck Finn and Tom Sawyer was more of an adventure between the two boys as one saught adventure, while the other saught to escape an abusive father, and detailed what they saw in 1870's South along the Mississippi river.
No Country is more of a crime novel than anything tho, like Perfume.

Poggio 03-15-2011 04:52 AM

XD its still Dantes way of showing social commentary. Also I have an idea I still need two more novels, but for now I am going to bed this should give enough to work on tomorrow.

Cronislee 03-15-2011 04:55 AM

Night. Talk to you next time.

Poggio 03-15-2011 12:03 PM

Yay what did the doctors say?

Lauv Keiko 03-15-2011 12:14 PM

I haven't had a check up today because the doctor was out...I re-secheduled another appointment for tomorrow.
But...dammit...this tummy is unpredictable, now it's lurching up again.. T^T

Corovignh 03-15-2011 12:16 PM

Good evening from my side of the world.
Lauv, have you tried drinking something carbonated to help it? :/
If anything, get some ginger to chew on/eat.
