I don't get it either. And I wont join role plays who have stupid rules or any rules anymore. I'll discuss storyline, characters and such peacefully with the other person. The only rule I used to have was "don't steal other people's arts without permission". Not everyone can draw but just stealing a random picture out of google is sorta rude. I can freaking draw for them instead. And you don't even have to draw, a detailed description is good too.

Well, I'm not sure if you buying it would reeeeally help. It'd still probably take like a week at the pace it's going.

easiest way to get money.. vote on every picture in the art section, 2 fp each so it's a little tedious.. but no matter what you vote you get fp.. it's how I was able to get like 3 or 4 of my knuffels.. >.>

Also if you feed your knuffel every time the meters go down even a point ot two they level up faster, which lets you get to.. well you know o3o every 5 levels you gain an extra dig per day~

I have to have rules in my roleplays. It weens out the people who make characters who are ultra-powerful god-being orphan children half-angel-half-demon oh so beautiful cries diamond tears also super nice and loving and not stuck up at all people are just attracted to him/her, and the people who seem to think that just because something is mentioned in the narrative of a post it's automatically "known" by the character (like names, before they're exchanged in dialogue), and the people who bring in anachronistic things into roleplays, or guns (which I never, ever allow in roleplays because they are just weapons of choice for god-moders).

I've had some stupid, stupid roleplayers get involved with me. The rules make them go away, and if I don't have the rules and tell them, "No, you can't have a motherfucking iPod in medieval Europe, you dunce." they whine that it was never mentioned before so how could they know?

She's sweet but easily overly jealous and she's pretty childish. Adorable.. but.. yeah she's jealous and clingy. She's either overly vocal or super shy, depending how well she knows the person, and if she attaches to someone she'll follow them like a lost puppy.

My characters... Well... I make what I need for the RP. XD
But often, they're either the silent and sensitive types or the sarcastic and mean ones. Or over hyper and joyful. As in, nothing others would like. XD

Wallace is kinda dumb, I blame his hair colour. ( lol ) But he's the jealous type and would go very far for the ones he loves. :B He's not afraid to use his fists and he's very good at it for a rich boy. :v

Seth though...
He's hot, but flighty and a bit(okay a whole hell of a lot) of a womanizing flirt, he likes girls and guys (well he prefers women but he's.. he likes to think of conquering things(he's.. odd)
He's a little sarcastic and he has sharp teefies.. he's a faery with no wings..
Also, he has control over wind... he can't use any other elements if he tries fire it ends up backfiring in his face one way or another.
He has piercings but they have to be carved jewels or plastic(faeries + metal = not good, well.. iron anyway)
He's a little arrogant... but not obnoxiously so.. but he will flirt with well not everything that moves but if he gets in a mood he'll be a total sweet talker >.>
He's also childish.. like.. with the wind he'll randomly caress/grope women or men or poke them.. he likes to play pranks.. and flip girl's skirts with the wind ._.

In actuality, the roleplay they brought the iPod into wasn't actually set in medieval Europe. It was an alternate universe, but the technology was all medieval-based and stuff, but that's somehow worse.

It's mostly because of people getting used to playing those stupid goddamn emo characters in "high school" roleplays, where they all wear hoodies and listen to their iPods and copy the lyrics as part of the post because the words are so deep and describe the characters perfectly and stuff.

And my male characters are usually assholes, and my female characters are usually severely uncool geek-nerd types. And if they're teenagers, I explicitly state they have acne because I'm sick of every teenager in roleplays looking like supermodels.

I don't really have OCs I would carry from one place to another. I suppose ebcause they rarely interest wide variety of people. But I have 3 I sometimes try to re-adapt. Saien and Iantha are Dreamweaver (my own race) twins and Leila is my freaky, tormented (and tormenting) assassin who is only partially human, she has shadow and blood magic. 83 I really love her. She's pleasantly dark and mean, but with the soft side, that can be pressed on rather easily, if you find it (and that means you have to be either animal or child, lawl).

My fantasy chars aren't invincible. XD I like playing modern fantasy, too, as in today with magical touch. That's from where Leila comes. But I haven't RPed in long time, I have lost my grip.

I haven't roleplayed in forever and I think I might have lost my ability. Trying to roleplay on another site just resulted in me getting bored, but I don't know if that was because of my partner or me.

I'm jealous of the people who have really good roleplay partners they can always go to for entertaining and creative RPs. :[

lol johnny. I got one character who's a little piece of crap. He's a geek. Innocent and not really good at anything. I wouldn't say he looks like a supermodel but he hasn't got acne. He's 18 so...he's more the type that would look good with a pink ribbon sitting in a box and wanting to be taken home. He's also really short, Japanese. He could be taken for a 12-13 year old.

The hoodies and emo lyrics sound really lame.

C: Her backstory is her mom was a sort of kitsune type thing, the type that disguises as women to marry a man, a fox bride and that's how she came about.
She ended up basically orphaned when the father found out what the mother was, killed her and sold Rumiel away as a slave to a guy, but she ran away and has basically been a stray since.(in the main RP I used her for someone took her in as a slave to their RP room and such.. where she was basically adopted into their mishmashed family.. but I quit there recently *shrugs*)
I just find her too cute/like the name too much to let the character go.

I used to have one. And it ended up in disastrous friendship. -siiigh- I still miss our RPs, though.

My other two OCs, the twins I mentioned, lost their parents 'cause they eventually died of old age. Well, the father. Their mother moved to the "next stage of existence", so to say.
If I would play a regular world character, they probably would have family. Well, they usually do.

Apparently the universe is just full of orphans who witnessed their parents killed in awful crashes/fires/raids/bandit attacks/falling houses/whatever.

My characters come from somewhat realistic backgrounds. Either they have both their parents and the parents are happily married, or their parents are divorced and they have step-parents, or maybe one parent is dead. I think I had a character be an orphan once, but it was in a story where vampires had taken over a city and killed off most adults over 40, so it made sense to have a few orphans in there.

And I think I had a guy character who was disowned by his parents, so he was mentally an orphan.

Wallace was just a typical rich boy. Ass hole father, mother away working somewhere as a movie star. xD He did though have an awful teacher who did unforgivable things to him. This teacher isn't really a bad guy besides that and even he has a story. I kinda love hate him. I love all my characters. He's a rapist yeah but even those exists in real life. :B He's 35 and 210 CM tall, brown hair, half Japanese/English yeah retarded...of course he's good looking, the typical Japanese yaoi type of dude pretty. But he's totally expression less most of the time. Very quiet. I guess you could say he's boring. He doesn't do much. xD He sits reading, drawing, playing piano all days.

Well, most of my orphan characters were in world where most chars were orphans or at least without one of the orphans and they them self were possibly soon dead, too, like I said.

The others... Well, sometimes they have run away, or they have normal parents/divorced parents or it simply does't matter 'cause they're adults, living their own life. x3

And from other hand, I was... 14 creating those hars. Probably, if I had to remake them now, they would be different. I was a n00b rping wise, probably am still. XD I don't think of my highly as a RPer. ><

With Rumiel the main RP was just a big mismash of people who'd all come together, and they accept anyone in as family, so plenty of people without families ended up there, it was a 'safe haven' basically..

I think my character Richard become fucked up in the head when he was sent to military school at 10. Such things happens. :B Where he himself was abused. Well, only two of my characters have been. The first one was abused and abused the other. The rest have lived happily lives. ;< I have created characters since I was 10 and some have become totally different from how they were intended.

I don't remember a lot of characters from my olden days of roleplaying. Mostly because none of them stuck with me.

I do remember my first ever roleplay character was on Neopets. She was a wolf-demon, black with red, pupil-less eyes and bat-wings and was covered in scars and stuff. And I think she controlled lightning or something. Logically, it should have been fire, being a demon and all, but I was ten.

I think over time they all develope personalities of their own..

Everyone told him based off his hair/wing coloring he'd be a fire element user but it never went well for him so.. he sort of rebelled and went with wind, which altered his looks just a little (magical faery types.. it's a whole novel I wanna write) and after he slept around the court too much with the highest ladies of the court, basically.. (and some of the men) he got banished by the leader of the faery (it was his or her kids Seth had slept with xD) they ripped his wings off in punishment and sent him on his way.
Soo instead he wanders the world meeting other mythological beings, sleeping around and slowly learning life lessons, I guess >3>

My first character was some demon wannabe Jerreth Inu-yasha fucktard thing who lived alone in a castle. He later became the little nerd boy I mentioned. Yes the shortie Japanese one. Technically they aren't the same but they have the same name. I decided to change his hair to brown and make his eyes blue. They used to be green and red hair. He's MUCH shorter and personalties are like night and day. I got tired of demons.

Well besides that my character Richard raped a under age boy you can't really complain over him. @.@ But the story is complicated and he didn't just randomly rape him. Lots happened and that's how it turned out. I dunno if Richard is gonna learn anything. I thought of killing him first but maybe he'll start to realize stuff and try to be a better man. Possible getting help. xD

Kofk has the most haphazard roleplaying section of any site I've seen, by the way. There doesn't appear to be a "Seeking" section, it's all just tossed in willy-nilly.
