5 books, 5ish days! 1 book per day!

Now to go and re-read my favorite BL story which was finally found (again) and then watch some anime x3

I have 30 currently watching right now T.T

I try not to start too many at once.. @-@ i jump around if I need a change of pace or just go to something non-anime

Most are ones I'm watching with other people and have to wait for them to finish T.T
even worse is almost all of them are on funimation so even if I wanted I couldn't stream to my laptop because it stopped working T.T
And I refuse to stop playing Twilight Princess =O

I don't have anyone to watch anime with anymore. my neighbor i use to watch with got kicked out

its just mom and I here.. and she doesn't understand most of it so she doesn't like it.

She understood FMA.. but xxxHolic.. WHEN SHE HERSELF CLAIMS TO HAVE SEEN A GHOST! She couldn't understand xxxHolic ._. but FMA was fine (not brotherhood)

xxxholic was AMAZING. Idk what she's thinking lol.

she doesn't understand lots of things. she gets headaches when she's confused ._.,

She liked the Time of Eve movie!

King of Thorns was great, but really sad. =(

she only ever wants to watch Law and Order. ono so when she's out here its Netflix with some crime drama ( i like those too anyway) and when she's not out here i switch to anime. or head to my room and watch anime off the kindle

Parents don't watch cartoons/anime...but Mom's stuff is still good. Dark Shadows, Stargate, etc.
Dad's stuff depends...he has a bit too much of an obsession with military stuff, but his 1960's stuff is cool. Rockets and Nuclear and trains and all. He's watched and enjoyed anime, but doesn't consider it that.

Well, technically, anime is just the Japanese word for cartoon. x'D But most people call that an anime over cartoon because its from Japan. :3

I don't remember if mom liked sailor moon or not ._. she and i use to watch the movies

Which the later movies and episodes start to get really dark, Sailor Stars being basically the darkest one. Though you'd have to watch that with subs since they never brought it to the US. x'D

they are bringing it to the US with the Re-Dubs of the 1992 Anime. =p

I bought all 200 Episodes + 3 movie boxset. It was from Malaysia and had one of those stickers on it that proved they aren't the illegal bootlegs. (DK researched after someone told her they were illegal)

The first 2 seasons of the boxset are Sub Only (because america cut out like half the episodes) S and Super S are both Sub and Dub, then Stars is Sub only (because they were never originally dubbed)

I'd go for the new dubs.. except for the fact that the new voice actors SUCK D:< they're mimicing how the original cast did Usagi and Mamoru and fail at it. Kinda wish they'd talk normal like how Japan just .. talks normal =o=

I don't know why they would do that either, that just sounds stupid. =.=;

I liked it when the original english cast did it, but the new cast doing it just doesn't sound right ._.

Not only that but voice acting has improved since then when translating from Japanese. People will actually say the names correctly now, like Sakura for instance. In Cardcaptor they said it wrong in the English version, but for Naruto they say it correctly now that there is a bigger audience that watches the shows and stuff.

Speaking of names said wrong, xD Have you seen Yu Yu Hakusho The Movie?! x'D OMG Poor Kuwabara! xD if/when you visit WE HAVE TO WATCH THAT just to make fun of 'Kuwahara' xD

lol, seriously? And during the whole time it aired in the US I thought that they had said it correctly, or at least what I remember from the Dark Tournament. XD

Okay, just wanted to make sure since its been a LONG time since I watched it. XD Anyways, I thought that they would have used the same voice actors in the movie as the show. o.O

It's 9:33 here right now =3 I never got to finish yuyu in the manga so I never started the anime.

Well, I watched it long before I knew there was a manga. x'D

What ML said. I watched the show, (downloaded and burned the show to disk)...

I downloaded the manga.. read the manga.. found it funnier x3

I still only liked up to the dark tournament. the stuff after it bored me o3o

oh man I remember that . . . . It was a cringe worthy movie.

But I love that show..... wish I could find somewhere to watch it other than youtube XD (whoever put it on youtube made the video clip so small T_T)

Law did two odd things today:
Report on suspicious activity - trading boxes of something in a parking lot...
Buy actual Manga. Wanted to buy Spice & Wolf, but found Junji Ito stuff won out...so the Japanese equivalent of "Scary Stories to Tell in the Dark" is now mine. And the world didn't explode for buying them...
...I went there to get medieval books, but they didn't have what I was looking for.
And now, to recycling! Avast, Aluminum!

I also was productive but not in a fun way. I just spent an hour and a half for my food handlers permit T.T now to anime before work!
