I heard you its just that Insomnia+constant nightmares= hard to sleep. its not like i have a choice.

I have to wait untill my body pretty much tells me to stfu and go to sleep ewe.

and you have a choice, you can get meds for insomnia.. I have to watch my friend here suffer through it and its not fun when he has to bail out of stuff we plan cause he has to sleep during the day.

I don't have that choice, Gal.. I would rather sleep during the day myself and be up during the night.. :/ I don't suffer from insomnia.. I'm just a night owl..

See the thing is i don't believe in meds they have to pin me down in the hospital just to get pain killers in my system.

I can understand that, Gal. At least your willing to discuss your problem more and makes me able to cope and accept you for you are and not your psychological problems.
