The Vincent fox makes an unhappy noise and makes an attempt to like disappear in the bed. This is too early in the morning for Vincent. One more hour is the earliest he would even think of waking up.

The other fox pops his head up, looking around a bit and taking in what's around and all.

But then the Vincent fox gets an idea. And halfway shoves his cold nose in Alex's ear. It's a random mischevious urge.

Alex narrows his eyes slightly at the vincent fox and then looks up at the ceiling and hefore he noticed anything else he felt a cold nose in his ear, he yelped slightly before dragging him away, "g'wan...shoo...back to your owner..." he told the vincent fox then looked at the fox" you too" he said as he waited for them to leave.

The Vincent fox is shaking a bit like he's laughing at Alex. Which he is. He kind of whines a bit as he's dragged away from the amusement. The foxes just look at each other at the command. The other fox just goes over to Vincent and flops down. And Vincent starts shaking a bit, his version of laughing. He's finding this as great fun.

Alex narrowed his eyes at the foxes. He stretvched out his arm to the desk beside the bed and opened it, he took out his wand and pointed it at the two foxes, "Winggarva Leviosa" he said quickly as he watched the foxes go up in the air and Alex made them go towards the door before he cancelled the spell. " stay there..." he said before falling back...even that was tough.

Vincent poofs back to his normal form instantly, still with clothes on. "Next time you do that...I will kick your ass...even if you are in a hospital bed. That'll just make it easier." Now, he'll leave. He just heads towards away actually, no specific place in mind. The fox just whines a bit making sad eyes at Alexander before following Vincent.

Alex yelped slightly when he heard Vincent's voice. Sighing softly he thought of an idea, he placed his wand to his throat...muttered a few words and now he currently had the ability to send a thought to the fox, " maker him forgive me...now! " is what he thougt to the fox than he went back to relation time

"You never know what form my kind can take, Alexander. Remember that." Vincent says that kind of creepily, but it is true. He'll eventually learn/be able to take other forms instead of just a fox.

The fox yelps a bit before whining and scuttling off. He's too afraid at the moment to do anything to do with that command. It's not good to scare the fox like that...and it isn't like he'd follow the command anyway. He was also thrown in the air. He's not happy either.

After a week of being in the ward Alexander was released. He had stopped leaking blood but the scars were still visible. The day was Friday now...Alexander had completed work he needed done and had handed it in. He was currently in the great hall, holding his quill, writing a letter to his mother, telling her what had happened.

The fox appears out of nowhere, sitting next to Alexander's arm for a moment or two until he starts nuzzling Alex a bit. Vincent walks in, not too much later, and sits down somewhat away from Alex with a book to read. It's in Japanese since the type of book is only in that language due to the subject content. It is about kitsune which are Japanese....those who are kitsune are Japanese/descended from someone(s) Japanese.

Alex noticed the fox and smiled slightly, " hhello..." he said to him as he rubbed his head slightly before he finished his letter and whistled for an owl , his own owl actual, a long pure blackk owl with its long features. Alex told where it should go and watched it fly away before he looked at the fox, " go to Vincent okay...here's a treat...." he said as he took out a small fox treat from his robe's pocket and gave it to him.

The fox just leans into the touch a bit. He sniffs at the offered treat before doing the fox's equivalent of inhaling it. Then he goes to Vincent and tries to tug him close to Alexander. Vincent just pulls himself free. "You want to be around him....be around him. I'm not going to stop you." He's not necessarily mad at Alexander....he's just going with the have no contact/as little contact as possible strategy.

Alex didn't notic what was happening at table Vincent was at but then he saw his potions teacher, Professor Clear...h walked in and walked up to Vinent, grabbing him by the shoulder and made sure he didn't drop anything and then went and dragged Alexander out and back to the potion lab where the two were thrown in, " one of you sent that ugly fox thing in here and made it spill all my potions...you two clean it up!! " he annouced before he left. Alex sighed softly before falling to a nearby chair and stared at the ceiling.

Vincent just looks at the mess, then at his fox and back again. "Love being blamed for things you didn't do?" He's directing that one at the fox that followed them. It makes a soft growling noise. "He knows better than to do this...but at least I know one professor I dislike now." He just sits on a table. "I wonder if he's watching the door or anything..." Of course he could shift into a fox and get out right now probably.

Alex looked at the other, " No he isn't...but he placed a curse on the door frame...you walk through it...poisoned..." Alex knew this for a fact. He stared at the other for a few minutes before standing up, taking his wand out, "this should take a few minutes..." he said then began to swirl his wand, repeating Reparo over and over, this fixed the jars and placed themm back on the shelf again, he just needed to clean up the poition.

"And I know magic to get rid of that. The strength of the poison determines the strength of the magic needed." And considering Vincent himself would be poisoned...he'd be able to tell when the spell equals the poison. He just stares back at Alexander before making a weird face at him. "You should drink the potions....see what happens." The fox just growls at him. "I kid. I kid...I wouldn't let you drink those...even if they were labeled and all."

Alex narrowed his eyes slightly at the other and chuckled at the growling sound. Soon the bottles were repared and now all we had to do was clean up the mess. Alex looked at the other for a moment before pointing his wand at the giant puddle, " It may get a bit hot in here..."...then turned to the puddle, " Heatrus!" he said outloud as a ray of heat shoot from his wand and went to the floor, causing the potions to evapourate...after a few minutes he was done...but ruined the wood flooring a bit, " I think we're almost done..." he said to him.

"What? I do. Sometimes potions aren't quick enough to counteract poisons. And I had a knack for that spell for some reason." Vincent shrugs a bit. There are things he has a knack for...some he has been trained in...others that he knows nothing about. "Hope none of those have weird effects...since we're now breathing it in instead." Fun times if they do. The fox whines a bit before disappearing into Vincent's shirt.

Alex looked at the other, " They only affect if in contact with stomach acid...." he tells the other with a small smile as he places his wand away than lays down on the long table, " that is some fox you have..." he tells the other with a smile.

The fox just doesn't want to smell the potions. "Are you sure? Has there been extensive studies or anything done on inhaling this many fumes? Concentration effects things." The fox pops out its head from the collar of Vincent's shirt. "I still think it's bullshit. You didn't do this." He scratches the top of the fox's head. He just sits down on a table, chilling out there.

"yes there has been studies....four actually...first in 1523....then in 1599...and again in 1745 and finialy in 1990...the last one was conducted as results of wizards in the muggle world wars...and the least harm they can do is causing magnetic levitation..." Alex explained with a smile, " Well I don't believe it either..." he said to the other.

"And how reliable are these studies? I really doubt they were conducted in a laboratory setting...and I don't think I like the sound of that.." The fox gets out of his shirt and jumps on Alex, curling up on him. "Good because I know he didn't do it." Foxes aren't good at lying. "So I don't see why he's blaming him."

"Hun...it's Hogwarts...this ain't no muggle school..." Alex said to the other with a small smile before the fox jumped on him, he smiled before continuing talking, " Well Foxes aren't the usual wizard pet you know..." he said to the other.

"Yeah, but for it to be valid, it needs to be in a laboratory setting. Otherwise the test is contaminated and is useless for the purposes of the study." Why does Vincent know this? Why does it matter? Why is he even bothering to say it? No one knows. "So? That's not a reason to go and say he did it. Go blame a cat instead or something. A cat could've done it. Actually anything really if someone was bored enough..." A frog could be turned into a cat/fox/whatever.

Alex stared at the other, "You seriously don't get the Minstry of Magic..." Alex said to him with a small smile on his face, Alex shurgged at the other on what he said next, "True...Tranfiguration is a popular subject here...but it takes years for the students to become an Animagus..."

"British versus America. There are differences." Vincent just shrugs a bit. "And for some it comes naturally." He just gives Alex this look. "I've been transforming into a fox since I was a baby. And some learn faster than others." In theory, without a wand, Vincent could possibly do that kind of thing, but he has no wish to. "And who said whoever transformed themself? The person could've worked with something else." He shrugs a bit. "But it doesn't really matter either."

"And Ireland versus America and Britian...three different magical governments there..." He said to the other, "Aireacht Draíochta is the irish Magical government by the way..." Alex told the other with a smile.
Alex chuckled slightly, " They're either illegal animagus...or they've taken a dangerous potion...cause most form changing potions have a backfire action...like Polyjuice potion..."

"Currently we are under Britain's Ministry of Magic. We're not in Ireland." Hogwarts is in Scotland. "And most people would know, that know of the polyjuice potion, that it for some reason doesn't work well with animal hair." True facts there. It gives people some animal like appendages and the like, but doesn't make them look like the animal really. "See...that's a good thing. We only require those who do something unlawful and are animagi to be registered. Why punish someone for what other stupid people do? And there's always someone willing to snitch and say that person is an animagus." Especially if they're already in some trouble of their own.

"Yes we are under the reign of the British Minstry of Magic...but they're are several witches and wizards urging for a United Scotland...aka make it a seperate country...seperate minstry.." He said with a small smile as he read about the fights that happened in Diagon Alley and in the Glasgow Magical Underground (GMU), Basically a hidden civilization from the muggles.
"Yea...I had a friend that took the Polyjuice potion...trying to turn into a neighbour...accidentally got Sheep hair in it and not human...the minstry wasn't too happy..." He said.
"The only real bad thing you'll get is a fine if you didn't register but if you committed a criminal against muggles or fellowers You'd be issued to Azakamban for a couple of years...it's for our own safety..."

"Well there is advantages of it being over the entire area. Like America has one over all. It would be weird if...say...Kentucky had it's own and Tennessee had it's own. Different laws in both....could be a problem when coming over the border. Could be breaking a law with no clue and get into shit because of that. And in America...having to register just because you have a special ability....is profiling. And profiling is illegal. Even by muggle standards." Though that doesn't stop people/cops from necessarily doing it anyway. "And it is also an invasion of privacy." It is an American's point of view. "But it all depends on what the people living under the authority prefer. People are apparently okay with the government having more control. In America....we prefer them to butt out." Since many times they don't do anything to begin with...or get it wrong if they do do something.

Alex narrowed his eyes at the other, " We do it to be safe...but registering as a local rapist or paedophile is exactly the same thing...and it's in the law that you have to do it..." Alex said, smirking as he thinks he's got him.

"It is not exactly the same thing. I have done nothing wrong and if I lived here I would have to be registered. A rapist or pedophile....has already done something wrong and is a potential threat. Just because I can morph into a fox doesn't make me a threat. If you want to go with that, when should the registering stop? Your color changing hair isn't a threat, but why shouldn't that be registered since animagi who have done nothing and probably never will do anything wrong have to be? It's profiling. Some animagi have done wrong things so they all must be registered and monitored and shit. That is profiling. And that should be illegal. That's the same as seeing a black guy and assuming he must sell drugs or that he's a gangster. Which he might be, but he also might just be a college student trying to better himself and get out of the ghetto." He's kind of ranting now.

Alex couldn't help but narrow his eyes, "I'm not a animagus...I'm a methaphoramous..." Alex told the other, slightly annoyed that the other called him an animagus. "And you're not one either...when an animagus transforms...all of it's vody transforms...you can have ears and a tail but still have your own body so that makes you not an animagus..." Alex said to the other

"Same thing. You could be a threat like an animagus." Vincent chuckles a bit at that point. "Do you remember the other fox from the infirmary? How many brown foxes do you see around here normally?" The fox is kind of snickering a bit. "Want to guess who that fox is? Due to genetics." His father disappeared, but his mother told Vincent about him so he does know a bit.

Alex narrowed his eyes, " I have the ability to transform into an living thing...change my apperance..." Yea sure...and I guessed that fox was you...you appeared sraight after it 'flew' away..." he said with a chuckle.

"Which is just a less specialized animagus. Or a super powerful one in theory. Which means they should be watching you even more considering all animagi must be registered even if they've never even done the slightest thing wrong." Vincent does have a point there. "Funny. That boot is going up your ass later." Vincent is not amused by the shit Alexander pulled. "And unless you believe in kitsune which many don't....that makes me fall into the category of animagus." And he would never be registered. There is no point. It isn't like he'd do something wrong. And it'd be his luck that there would be someone who transformed into a fox exactly like the one he does and he'd get blamed for it since he's the registered one.

Alex stuck his tongue out at the other, " Oh bite my transforming ass..." Alex said with a slight chuckle before tsking at the other with a small smile on his face. " Haerd of Kitsune before...basically a japanese version of a full fledged animagus..." Alexander said to the other as he began to walk around the potion room a bit, " It has been notified that I do not need registering...as the minstry of magic knows I exist but has not send me any Owl Post notifying me I need to go to the Minstry Of Magic to register...and the Floo Network annoys me..." Alex told the other.

"I can do that actually. And it will hurt if I do." Vincent says perfectly serious. "And wrong! Kitsune have magical abilities beyond what humans have. Except they are not constant throughout the race. Some have the ability to be invisible in shadows. Others can create illusions. Others have special elemental abilities. Some have more shapeshifting abilities than others. We are much different from a simple animagus." Vincent huffs a bit. "Then if you have no need to be registered than no animagus should. You can shift your form to multiple other way. An animagus has one animal form only supposedly so why should they be registered when there is no need for you to be. That sounds like someone somewhere playing favorites." And that obviously does not make Vincent a happy camper.

Alex narrowed his eyes, " If I have to register for everyform I can take I would committ suicide because it would take so long...and you don't know the amount of paper work just to register one form..." Alex said to the other.

"I'm not saying register every form. Just be registered as what you are. If you don't have to do that, no animagus should. They only have one other form. And some....it would be kind of easy to guess what they're animagus form would look like. Especially if they're missing body parts." Vincent snorts a bit at Alex's mention of the paperwork. "And I don't and shouldn't have to know. It's none of their business unless I do something unlawful beyond something minor."

"Well it is required that I send a letter of confirmed living on my birthday each year...because If I die my ability will still be in my body...which anyone can take...the Minstry will come and take it away...and destroy it..." Alex explained, giving a small sigh as he looked at the other, "and stop acting like such a smarty pants..."
