Pathosis 11-21-2012 11:49 PM

Hangnails are the bane of my existence.

Espy 11-21-2012 11:53 PM

No clue. That was fifteen years ago.

I just rip those suckers right out and bleed everywhere hurrah

Arikana 11-22-2012 12:10 AM

I rip them out too. But I don't bleed everywhere. owo;;
I actually rarely bleed at all when I rip 'em out. >w>

Quiet Man Cometh 11-22-2012 01:12 AM

Moose are scary. Give them space. Give them *lots* of space!

We only had moose wandering into town (up north, not here in Van) when the snowfalls were heavy making it easier for the wolves to catch them. We had a mother and calf eating the trees outside our old house one year, and at my dad's new house one moose decided to take a nap on the fir tree in their front planter. Took a dump on the front steps too. Dad thought it might have been a disgruntled client leaving it there until he saw the *really* flat bush and tree branches.

And yeah, no hitting moose on the road. Their wee little legs tend to snap and their very large bodies tend to go through the windshield. ICBC (provincial publish insurance company) up north estimates that 80% of moose collisions are fatal for the driver. People in the maritime provinces have "moose catchers" on their semis because hitting one will mess up your engine and there are so many of the things.

But they're cute in that homely sort of way!

littl3chocobo 11-22-2012 01:17 AM

;________; biiig poo huh?

Quiet Man Cometh 11-22-2012 01:28 AM

More like big pile of mini poos.

Sadrain 11-22-2012 08:19 AM

Rem comes online too late. D8

Athilea Majiri 11-22-2012 09:14 AM

When you say that, it reminds me of camel poo. >w>

Quiet Man Cometh 11-22-2012 12:34 PM

Redneck bug repellent - deer poo, in a can, on the fire.

Just in case you happen to be out in the bush and run out of whatever can of stuff you brought, and Bounce sheets.

Poggio 11-22-2012 12:42 PM

XD survival lessons from Cometh. I dont think I will ever be out in the woods with out tissue or something.

littl3chocobo 11-22-2012 12:43 PM

i think it is good against bees too

Alpha 11-22-2012 12:44 PM

Well....what she says is true.

Me personally, I probably will be....but it will be the field versus woods probably.

Quiet Man Cometh 11-22-2012 12:50 PM

Not totally sure why I feel compelled to share this stuff. But then, never expected to have a conversation about ungulate droppings.

And yes, the oil and gas field workers up north swear by Bounce dryer sheets for bug repellent. Put one in your pocket and you're good to go. Works on mice too, apparently, along with Zest soap. Did the trick for my dad's cabin.

Alpha 11-22-2012 12:53 PM

Whatever works I suppose....

Arikana 11-22-2012 12:56 PM

Yeah, how the heck did we start talking about droppings? owo

Bounce dryer sheets work as bug repellents? Seriously? owo

Sadrain 11-22-2012 01:00 PM

What is going on in here? o_O

Alpha 11-22-2012 01:00 PM

Honestly...I have no idea. Some conversation about droppings and such......

littl3chocobo 11-22-2012 01:03 PM

sommat about moose

Sadrain 11-22-2012 01:11 PM

How about let's talk about owls instead? Or the grumpy cat? Although her reply would be "no" for sure. xD

Poggio 11-22-2012 01:14 PM

Lmao, man I am going to have to try that.
And I have to say Cats!!! over Owls. Owls are over rated and evil buggers. Didn't you guys learn anything from Rockadoodle?

littl3chocobo 11-22-2012 01:15 PM

thought pog /liked/ owls

Sadrain 11-22-2012 01:16 PM

Aww, but I like owls. xD Cats are the ones who plot the world domination, according to the internet.

http://cdn.grumpycats.com/wp-content...v1-625x416.jpg Grumpy cat says: NO, I don't need the stupid world. >:(

Poggio 11-22-2012 01:17 PM

Mirror does, I don;t care for them much. I do like hummingbirds.
Mostly I am attracted to cute.

@Sad: That is not evil, that is misunderstood!!

Alpha 11-22-2012 01:19 PM

Well....we could reference "Cats vs Dogs" (movie). Cats plotted world domination over mankind and the removal of dogs.....

A chat about droppings. owo

Sadrain 11-22-2012 01:26 PM

Not anymore, Arikana. xD

Owls can be absurdly cute. But felines are my favorites over anything. xD

Poggio 11-22-2012 01:36 PM

xD man dogs require to much time for me. I like cats because they come when they want love and leave and can take care of themselves.

Sadrain 11-22-2012 01:55 PM

I have never had a dog, but my cat is absolute attention freak, but only in special ways - like, you try to pick her up and hold in lap? Omgnooo, nowayonearth. Dx Growling and kicking ensues. But she can come up and pet your face, lick your hands, sleep on table in front of you and not leave you alone even if you want it. xD
