Well to add some clarification to those who may not remember much about the story during the Taskal War or for people who did not read into it much, Maesha Karsalia is the Tyrant Queen of Quesaria that Fenrir mentioned a few times during the Taskal War (though she never mentioned her by name). Maesha was the one that killed Fenrir and Zephyr when they were mortals which lead to them becoming the Generals of the Divine and Corrupt.

You may also notice that Maesha and Feysha's names have something in common with another NPC.
