considering, earlier, I wanted to burn the flippin' thing, I think it's best that I'm taking a break from it.

I'll most likely end up doing a hidden seam to get the armholes done once I get the hem and collar sewn. Hand-sewing will be in my future. That's the only way I can think of to get things to cooperate right now.
