Might do that. :) I haven't a clue where a used bookstore is around here, although I know they sell books at goodwill.

There is a free sort of thing they do in Chicago. They put book in a free book closed plastic bin on the corner, like the ones they use for free newspapers.
People love it.

giving books is always nice also.

Indeed. :) I'm lazy, though, so I'm sure all my books will sit until whenever it is that I decide to move, and then I'll see about reducing my collection.

Fey 08-24-2012 01:02 AM

I cannot imagine getting rid of my books...I think in the last...five? moves I've not gotten rid of more than three, and those three weren't even mine, they were left overs from other roommates.

Tohopekaliga 08-24-2012 02:56 PM

Well, see, I often never read a book again after I read it once. Maybe I will in the future, but most of them? Nope... So they just take up space on my shelves.

At least I have enough shelf space for them, and they're not just stacked up. :)

Same here because if I read it again I know what happens and it ruins the suspense and the thrill out of it but I still keep it for the collection value especially my tokyopop manga since they went out of business

:) I like looking at pictures, so I'm more likely to go through a manga again than a novel.

I read way more novels than mangas, however.

Fauxreal 08-25-2012 03:47 PM

That's a funny name. It makes me think of cabbage patch kids.

NikkoGallarado 08-25-2012 04:00 PM

We choose not to use the person by there name, so we use Cabbage.

I am the manry-est of men!

Fey 08-25-2012 08:25 PM

to protect the innocent some names have been changed...or rather to protect us the name is not the name it would otherwise be.

NikkoGallarado 08-25-2012 08:27 PM
