I made the mask and the wings, but I need to have some way to wear these silly things. XP I had no pair of matching barrette blanks to use for clipping the wings on with like I thought I did.

well for the wings if you don't have barettes do you have a headband you can put them on? and for the mask any sort of ribbon will tie it on, or spirit gum will glue it on, or elastic or...uhm...tape is a bad idea(been there tried that).
