Really!? O_o Well, not here that's for sure! I don't know in what city you live, but restaurants, cafe's or snackbars are usually rather calm here.

I live near Alkmaar. Some how, around 2, every one decides it's time to have a late night snack. All the bars are close to each other and people are too lazy to walk a bit further

Hahahahahaha what a fail. Or politic party (VVD) wants to forbid downloading (again), but within 8 hours they realized that's pretty much impossible xD I'm glad they at least don't even try, it would only cost us money xD

Yeah I heard that. They want to do that against the huge internet sites and not 'the normal man that uploads and downloads every now and then'. They said they want to make it 'illegaal maar niet strafbaar'... @.@
I just don't understand our government any more

It makes no sense xD But it's clearly impossible, because they want to do this only against Dutch sites. However they can keep things secret, like the Pirate Bay. It's still up while they demanded months ago it should be shut down. And they cannot find the real owners of the site.
