I have to sleep minimum 6 hours, but also that isn't enough for me. The perfect amount of hours would be 8, and if I have to I try to sleep at least 7 hours.

yea i also wake up 3-4 times a night which doesn't help. :( i sleep with my girlfriend and our cat in a twin sized bed and they are both bed hogs so yea. lol.

Ohh that sucks. No, once I sleep I sleep straight till I wake up. Only really loud noise can wake me up, like thunder. But I'm used to a bit of noise, or neighbors stand on the local market a lot so they arrive or leave at 2 am and 4 am usually. I sleep right through it now.

yea im a really, really light sleeper. and our cat likes to wake up at random hours of the morning and wakes us up. :(
