Yeah I know... I think it would help out the site a lot in terms of finances. I've invited people here but they don't usually stick around.

The few people I've invited to the site have stuck around, although I kinda wish I hadn't invited two of them now...but oh well...they donate fairly regularly so it's great for the site, but not so much for me anymore...

I understand that feeling. It's pushing me away from the site to be honest. I've taken a small interest back in Solia so I go there sometimes. I feel like certain people pick apart the things I say here, like they're waiting for me to say something they think is stupid and publicly humiliate me about it. If I'm so annoying to them, is the ignore button really that hard to press? I don't ignore people because that isn't really who I am, and should they ever decide to play nice I wouldn't mind befriending them.

I've got two people on ignore, and you've been PMed why.
I've noticed that happen to you and QUITE a few other people from a certain poster. It is aggravating and VERY rude in my opinion, and I've literally seen people stop posting because of said poster. Said poster then questions why Tris is so slow, and I have to resist the urge to inform them that they have pushed quite a few people away. |
It makes me sad every time I hear of users feeling pushed away.
I hope both of you will stick around for a long time. I don't get to chat with you nearly as much as I should. |
