"I don't like mixing business with pleasure." He said accidentally moving closer to the body when he wanted to escape the kiss. "Ambrosia we just had dinner." He tugged at the arm climbing under his shirt, but his eyes were glancing around looking for more unsuspecting spectators like the waitress.
he kissed again at the press even as the pain in his wrist grew. "you mean we just had sex, i can be a good boy if i must, the question is can you?"
"You owe me a Huge teddy bear." He said pulling away and letting his fingers ease on their contorting.
he grinned knowingly to himself as the other freed himself and started walking again. "of course"
As their walk continued, Galvin could think of nothing else to ask the man. Anything he tried the answer was the same, the man did it because he was bored. He begin to toy with the idea of drugging him with ritalin but the lights from the Carnival came into view. A wave of nostalgia washed over Galvin as he remembered one of the few times his parents indulged him and his brother by pretending to be parents. He reigned in his dog, guiding him towards the neon colored lights.
it was bright and gaudy, trashy, cheap and crowded but despite himself he could not help but feel a little joy in it. "so where is that bear i owe you?"
"Well lets find the biggest one and you can win me that, in the mean time can you call Adrian? I do not think they want dogs in the Carnival." He gestured towards the dog pulling them in the direction his noise led him.
his face fell a little as he was reminded once more of the dog. "why did you even bring it if you didn't want it to come along?" not bothering to wait for a response he dug out the phone and called for the driver to come down and get the animal
"Next time I will let him shit in your Maybach." He said kneeling down to pet his dog. He fished out a dog treat he had been keeping since the earlier walk. "Haven't you had a pet before?..." Galvin looked at the other as he feed his dog. "And I am not talking about people."
he frowned. "no i have not and if it did the mess would be cleaned before we returned"
Galvin found himself growling. "I will take care of my pet, it is not in your drivers job description to be a dog caretaker."
the frown grew. "make up your fucking mind and stop waffling. do you want the damn dog or do you want the damn bear?!"
"My dog came before the bear." He said pulling at his dogs leash. He turned and headed back down the board walk fully intent on finding away back to his apartment with out the other.
saying nothing he silently followed behind, leaving the bright lights and sounds behind in favor of the darkening sky and pyce's back
He listened as the foot steps fell in step behind his and could not help but growl. The man was infuriating. Even born into money, Galvin was raised with some ounce of responsibility. He was halfway to his apartment when heard the soft wheezing. He looked down at his dog but it wasn't him. Idly he turned back to Ambrosia. "whats wrong with you?"
he did is best to keep up and certainly he had spent the night on his feet several times but not at such a brisk pace and not without any sort of break. he was out of breath when pyce finally spoke up but he could not speak as he was and so kept quietly following
