well it helps that I found the PERFECT jacket for it, and it happens to be in black crushed velvet. so all I have to do is find material to match to make the skirt then accessories!

meh, was getting it done to accompany a person skiing(I woudl LOVE to ski in this outfit) but it'll never happen
