belts should be easy, thrift stores...train...uhm...not as much...depends on how fancy you want to go, but you can totally cheat if you find a dress to mangle.

uhm, you mean an edge ruffle? there's a few ways, most of which would require sewing on an extra peice from the dress. It's all about pleating

you'd sew it on with box pleats, which I can totes show you...or ask the internet, cause I know it's better at that sort of thing...one moment whilst I ask le google

she has one ruffle around her longer skirt, and three ruffles on her underskirt...probably, hmmmmmmmm eight yards of ruffles at the most? which would be about 24ish yards of material at 3-4 inches wide.

oh yeah, there's more pleats on Charlotte(from Berserk) and a gaaaazillion mor miles of bias tape on the TB stuff I do. it'll just be one day of noooooothing but pleating.
