Lists themselves are fine. Actually having to keep track of them makes my anxiety (and ADHD) go into overdrive.

For some reason, lists (making them and keeping them up to date) calms me =w=, I'm weird I know

I absolutely adore keeping lists, I do it a lot for pet sites and stuff like that xD
