Very off topic, but weren't cartoons censored due to too much violence, like in Tom and Jerry?

They are showing Tom and Jerry right now on t.v., and it seems like its a collection of Tom's worse injuries...

I liked the old cartoons like Tom and Jerry.. Bugs Bunny and them and I think it was stupid to blame tv for peoples actions... -.-

in my area they took alot of them down.. "to much violence" they say.. well.. lets just let the kids watch their father beat their mother to death.. or the mother throwing dangerous items at the father cause he forgot v-day =,=

I think they just wanted to censor Tom and Jerry, or only show them at certain times where kids couldn't see them or something like that.

And it was usually anything involving dynamite/explosions that they wanted to censor.

People did succeed in abolishing Speedy Gonzalez because it was "racist" though. :/

I don't think the "later" cartoons were allowed to be violent to begin with. Except Japanese anime. American cartoons made today are just goofy or sissy. It's shit. WHERE'S MY FUCKING DINO RIDERS?! D:<

The hairs are indeed awesome, I'm glad its an item now and not something where I have to go and keep paying to get a haircut I like but changed for a single outfit.

I'm figuring out the types of accessories we need here.

I've decided:

gloves (fingerless would be cool)
belts
bows/barrettes/things on the head that sort of break up the color of the hair a bit but aren't hats.

...but we do need hats. I love hats. :3

I look... nothing like that? My colors are orange, green, and purple. o_O
