o.O aren't they supposed to wet hair before cutting? thats how my mom's hair stylist used to do it and I learned from her

No wonder it's messed up =/ hair comes out VERY un even when its not damp before starting o.o,

They sprayed it with some water, but my hair is fucky and thick.

So they failed. Horirbly.
