If its at smart styles its not really a "free hairwash" its included in the original bill. You can go in and get like a centimeter cut off and they still have to wash your hair if you asked them.

Mines just basic water and tiny of shampoo wash, so i only get charged for haircut at girl salon XD~ <3

Yeah, but it is reallllyyy good. o3o Both the outline and the coloring. I have seen much worse drawings go for high prices on sites like these.

I have been training drawing with a mouse for 14 years. :B I mean, you don't improve a lot when your little and I didn't have a computer to rape until I was 13. Before that my brother occupied our family computer so I never got to do much with it. So I guess it's more like...8 years. No 7...whatever.
