Calypso: I had to get rid of it because I decided to get a parakeet and my roommate was complaining too much about the noise it made. Even though I have to put up with the loud meowling and other annoying things from his cats.

Yeah, it's not fair, but my whole life is a load of "not fairs" and bad luck.
Which just means that I'm really getting used to it.

I had a parakeet at one time. They are cute.

*hugs Kad* that sucks. I know how that feels having a lot of bad luck for awhile. I had a year where it was one thing after another. My boyfriend and I got sick of it quickly and he was "Why can't anything good/right happen for you?"
