oh i want to play the voilin and the piano! but i don't think i am every going to be able to do that...
|
so the only vocab paper that i managed to print out before the ink said no.. I took it with me today.. and I took the notes i had from Japanese pod 101..
I used the vocabs on the paper with the sentance structures from Japanese Pod.. and was making different sentances.. writing them out in as much kanji as i could on my little portable white board.. my marker stopped working.. so i placed the cap on and shook it like 3 times.. we ALWAYS did this for markers that seemed like the ink got stuck.... THE MARKER INK EXPLODED INSIDE THE CAP 3< I had fun though.. the one dude across from us was listening to me speak it and watched as I wrote it. Nurses that went by gave me nasty looks.. I was doing my best to figure out the stroke order on these.. some were easy to guess.. but others with more strokes to them.. were hard to tell what stroke were what because there was so many and the font was so small and some seemed to be in bold letters .. @-@ |
awwhh poor dk it sounds like you are having some tough luck with your japanese today..
|
not really. I just need to take a better not so cheap marker with me next time xD
the marker that came with the cheap white board.. is worse then the board xD portable white board = cardboard with hard white stuff for the white board part.. doesnt erase well but it works.. just don't get it wet xD |
oh wow well at least you said it works, which is what matters right?
|
it works for now =w=
its only 6 bucks xD |
well that is good! hopefully it will last!
|
i hope so to xD just keep it away from water
|
yepp! so treat it like you computer! and it should be fine
|
... my laptop has had soda, milk, water and who knows what else spilled on it due to stupid kids i've baby sat ono they'd come over and be all like can i play and i be like no .. they throw a fit and liquid goes every where..
they need sippy cups that 1 year olds drink out of 3< |
sounds like it! i would have smacked them and then told them they owe me money for my laptop!
|
~flops~ つまらない〜
Bored~ |
i am a bit too.. been doing a lot of things for 10k cat paws/... you?
|
Demon: >o<; the ink exploded xD unlucky lol. c: hope it didnt stain anything.
Konbawa Mina Good evening everyone |
konbonwa haunting-san :3
genki desu ka? (good evening haunting :3 how are you?) |
The spelling is "konban wa". ^^()
|
i never said i could spell ono you know this
|
xD haha, okay, thankyou for correcting my spelling too owo;
Uhhh, i don't know how to answer =w= I'm tired lol xD |
Konbanwa :) How do I say "good evening everyone" in romaji? D: |
Romaji would be
konbanwa minna san hiragana would be こんばんはみんあさん i think.. i'm pretty sure when writing the wa you use ha.. just like with konnichiwa when writing in hiragana that wa is written as ha. :3 haunting - genki desu (i'm fine) would be a normal answer if you're fine :3 um.. i can't remember the other answers .. *goes to look for her japanese for dummies book* |
Ahh okay :o ありがとうございます。 |
Mmm, Minna is spelled
みんな and usually it comes first, sooo みんなさん、こんばんは Anyway's みんな、元気?今、私の夏休みだ。ちょうつまらない。。。私は私の友達を帰りたい。;ー; みんな、げんき?いま、わたしのなつやすみだ。ちょうつまらない。。。わたしはわたしのともだちをかえりた い。 (I'm not sure I said the last sentence right BTW) How is everyone? Now, it's my summer vacation. It's very boring... I want my friends to return ;-; |
I have not practiced in forever.
|
Dem: xD haha, a hand book sounds really useful C: i have a japanese to english dictory stashed somewhere, hopefully my rats havent got to it >o>; its small though, so il not all sure where it could be.
Az: Ah, so it would be: Minna Konbanwa (Good evening everyone) |
I enjoy that i was able to make out most of AZys words! yay
|
I thought my boyfriend would practice with me once he moved in, but we've been so busy! This is my spare minute!
|
yea... my boyfriend wanted to learn too but whenever we are together it just gets forgotten
|
I typed something up about me studying korean and then it all got lost. -_-' Anyway, vocab's hard to study. Especially when you're not sure of the pronunciation. So I keep putting it off. Particularly since most of my Korean friends are, y'know, out of town right now. -_-'
でも、日本語を忘れたもいいじゃない。 でも、にほんごをわすれたもいいじゃない。 But, it's not good to forget Japanese. Oh... which reminds me with kanji. Do you guys have a basic kanji list or should I make one up for you? |
oh that would be lovely... i have a few kanji some where, but a list would be nice!
|
Alright, I'll work on a few basic ones.
Now, do you want them in combo's (like, words) or do you want them individually with their most common readings? I mean, I memorize the readings but I know most people memorize combos. |
hmmm i think them single would be better, but i guess combos wouldn't be too bad... i would like to see what DK or some one else says on this, since i am not the only one who is going to be learning from this
|
Alrighty <3
|
Basic kanji skills would be lovely :D -abousetly clueless-
I really need to study, but i keep passing out from work and getting rather tired @.@;; Maybe thinking of posting sticky notes on items i use with the word in romaji and with one of those brackets underneath with how you prounouce it. Think that would be a good way to study if im too tired to actually look up other things o: Think it will be a good idea? |
That sounds good. Although since pronunciation is all extremely uniform I'd suggest putting it in hiragana, and then on the back of the note in romanji perhaps? Just a thought. ^^ Or if you don't need the romanji really put kanji on the front hiragana on the back.
Anyway's, I'll come up with a list of good kanji to know. ^^ |
thank you! and i llike the idea of sticky notes! now i just need to get some...>>
|
If you have an office depot around you, I do think we're having some fairly good deals on sticky notes (that may of been last week, though)
|
While Azrael is right that usually "minna" comes relatively early in the sentence, I've heard "konnichi wa, minna!" more often than "minna, konnichi wa!" (though I've heard both).
