I don't normally shower at night but it was a busy morning for me.

I should be getting to sleep soon actually. I have to be up somewhat early in the morning. I have a dentist appointment to go to which I'm not too crazy about but oh well. I'll live.

Yeah, they are migraines, I have worked hard to figure out the triggers,so far its stress and red wine! hahaha
I feel a lot better, I have been trying to be more mindful of my environment.
