Except that no one buys me chocolates and pretty much 98% of the people I talk to know me well enough to know to never buy me that kind if chocolates anyway.

I can understand throwing them out xD. If I ever received those I'd eat them because it's chocolate, but not before giving the chocolate giver both a laugh paired with a strange look.
