I did reduce carbs significantly. I was also pretty addicted, but my taste changed so much that it's easy to not be tempted by a lot of the poor quality goods and I try to save it for things that are actually satisfying. It's probably harder if you have to eat with family.

Hm, true. Somedays I crave cake T^T or sweet bread... leaving the house less since 2020 also has made me binge eat more |D

Ah, yeah, boredom can contribute.

It helps that the things I like tend to be too expensive or hard to find.

I'd want to try all the unique treats that are around where you are, though. For some reason, I always want something new.

I liked the second episode more. I might be leaning more towards Curtis, depending on if he can broaden his style. And I liked Markantoine's look for the second episode.

Rafael's accessible was really good.
Ohh Curtis was nice, too. Very disappointed in Ciara...
