Havent' heard anything about Bank recently, but I haven't been looking for it.

there is a 10 dollar pokebank they're going to be leasing, that you have to pay with a credit card cause it subscribes you up to renew every year. but it gives you every single pokemon. EVERY SINGLE POKEMON. at level 1.

I thought they released the Pokemon Bank a year or two ago, with X & Y.

this is a new pokemon bank :D with 20 extra boxes. you can still do the 5 dollar one.

Hubby just informed me that it's only a rumor. but still. wants. xD

The must suspect part of that rumor is "you get every pokemon, but at lvl 1," I think.

It sort of defeats the point of pokemon, I think. Well, one of the points, anyway.

I always wanted a pokemon game that let you start with any basic pokemon you wanted and that was your first pokemon.

By this mean, I always wanted a pokemon game that would let me have jigglypuff as my first pokemon.
