Azrael 11-19-2010 07:46 AM

._. really? that's not good

Sadrain 11-19-2010 07:50 AM

Yea. ;>_> I tend to get anxious when I have to go on repeated periods of doing nothing, when I have nothing to really concentrate on. Sometimes I even have problems with relaxed, leisure chatting irl... I need to tap fingers or something like that. ._. Apparently, it's one of the "symptoms" of vegetative dystonia, but it really is no fun. When I am not so stressed our in general, it appears rarer, tho', but I am right now, so yea...

Azrael 11-19-2010 07:51 AM

._. What is Vegetative dy... something >3<

Gozed 11-19-2010 07:53 AM

@Rainy: Yes, I actually slept 8 hours, now I need to burn energy to get to sleep by noon.

Azrael 11-19-2010 07:54 AM

._. why do you need to get to sleep by noon?

Sadrain 11-19-2010 07:56 AM

It is disturbances in vegetative nerve system, it often appears as stress, unreasonable fears (like, from going out of the house or going somewhere that has caused lot of stress), strong pains without seeming reason, head spinning to the border of fainting, fewer and other random sickness symptoms, even if there is no apparent reason for them to show up. From it, later real sicknesses can develop. Some call it as the next stage from a long lasting depression.
Basically, it is body rebelling against you going trough stressful situation and trying to force you to go in a relaxing state by avoiding any stress, like you can't leave the house and go to the school where you are constantly bullied...

Azrael 11-19-2010 07:57 AM

oh ._.' That's not good... at all >3<' Try to sleep? I'm heading off now.
