When is wasp coming out?

I finally paid my friend who's quitting off... x-x over a year .. prolly a year and a half ago she said she was quitting... and I made a list from the items she was selling for aywas currency... and I FINALLY finished buying all those items last night x'D

Kind of hard to do, when her name is on the bank account and she has access to catalogs. I can throw out all I can but neighbors will share theirs with her.. they don't care..

She's now asking for SWANS catalogs (its like expensive ice creams and frozen foods) ... I told the neighbor not to give it to her >:x WE CANT AFFORD CHEAP FOOD TO LAST ALL MONTH LONG AS IT IS!

Hmm how can she has access to bank accounts when she has the mind of a child o.O aren't there laws and stuff.

We made that account when I was 16 so I'd have access to it. Back then her mental illness wasn't anywhere NEAR this. x-x She was actually functional back then.

Her mental decline started with in the past 3 years. =( got worse with her hospital stay in January.. QnQ

Is she bad enough that she needs someone to manage her money? If so, perhaps you could be her conservator or guardian? (Not sure what it's called in your state. In mine, when you manage someone's money and affairs, you're their conservator, but if you manage everything in their life and they are totally incompetent, then you'd be there guardian.

Zen - Mom already has a payee, that payee makes sure her SSI bank account does not overdraw, the problem is with the account I have together with mom. she refuses to take her name off of it. Though I'm working on convincing her to. I mean, I got in control mostly of our banking account that we share.. So it'll be soon that I can take mom's name off the account. Gotta work slow with her. o3o
