I know that around here none of the little shops are open black Friday or Thanksgiving, instead they have their sales on the weekends because they are boycotting black Friday. x'D But I actually like that because I hate having to get up early myself. And there's been times my brother would have to go into work ten at night on Thanksgiving to get ready for black Friday. >_>

I used to work retail. I got out of it after a year. Hours are ridiculous, over-worked, under-paid. It's really a sham. I work in the hospitality industry now. It's a much better deal in all aspects.
