T____T but i don't want to be!
anything to do about them, or is this the cost of being a public site? |
They don't have accounts - I would imagine you can't do much
|
Eek, theres so many... I think theyre multiplying!
|
you can actually opt out of letting them trawl, of course then you have the problem of being stuck in the deep web which kinda sucks if you wanna get big XD
|
I think they are attracted to activity.
I have no issue with them, they ensure Trisphee turns up in Google. There is no shortage of system resources for the site, either, so it's fine. |
bots are loooooosers
LOOOOOOOSERS! |
well this is certainlu an active place XD
blek, well ok. there is a simsite i am on that always has issues because of the bots |
what kinds of issues?
|
they run out of bandwith, to be fair they are soooo close to the edge that after 20ish days of trawling they are outie
|
oh wow, that's really unfortunate
|
Trisphee uses approximately 1% of my current allowed monthly bandwidth each month.
|
woooow, tris should get a belt-tightening XD is there a cheaper level or is tris just that slow?
|
The host just provides a LOT of bandwidth.
And it's based on a pool, which includes the Trisphee server and my development server...which obviously doesn't get much traffic. Hosting costs are already pretty good.vastly better than what they were on the last hosting provider...with better support and technology. |
well that is awesome then~
galla, you dont even know ;3; one day there will just be no room to ever have it up and one more sim community will bite the dust |
there is room to grow <3
|
*rolls thhrough the thread, having no idea whats being talked about anymore*
