Well...the fires haven't burned books...

For understanding the effect media has on people

For enjoyment and fun and warm fuzzies

Tam I am 11-16-2016 02:46 PM

Yay for safe books. Er, but I think I made the shelf hyper by feeding it a whole cake.

I kind of envy people who can figure out that sort of game. I think I'm too mentally lazy. But then, I couldn't even get through that little puzzle game that you sad was fun and easy, Law.

Lawtan 11-16-2016 07:29 PM

Oh...um...I think you need Unity (it's a free gaming engine)
You use the arrow keys, and z...
I said it gave you the warm fuzzies, not that it was easy.

Tam I am 11-17-2016 11:53 PM

No, I know, this wasn't the one you said was easy. It was the one with the house inside the cage.

*hug*

Today, I fought three MMO battles, ran errands, went to the chiropractor, and went to the grocery store a mile away.

All on foot. XD

Edit: Another warm fuzzies thing! People talk about their pets.

*coos at all the animals, making my folk say "never do that again"*

Hmm...we've had a bearded dragon, Oscars, horses, cared for turtles, finches, a bat, and starlings...a bunny, a mouse, a hedgehog, cats, dogs, another lizard, guppies...
Many of those were wild and we let go after a year max. They or their families stick around, as this is the main "safe" area for them.

Tohopekaliga 11-19-2016 10:49 AM

:0 that's a lot of different animals, Law.

Awww. We never got lizards, horses, turtles, hedgies, or bats when I was on the farm, or those kinds of fish (had a fat goldfish), but we used to keep critters from the pond. One little damselfly nymph got to where he recognized me through the glass of his Cheese Wiz jar and would climb his plant to beg for food. And there was a tree swallow who we never kept inside or caught, but HE chose us. My little sisters could walk up and pet him as he sat in their reach. And then there was the mother bufflehead who thought that the place to find lost babies was with us...

XD yay, fellow critter person.

Lawtan 11-19-2016 07:26 PM

LMBO This tree swallow tried to move in with us, too! Right into the people part of the house. And he sat there and TALKED to us till we gave him a bird box right by the house after we chased him out.

hehehe, thank you, TV, for showing me this with the critter's name... so I could look up the video.

Tohopekaliga 11-20-2016 12:53 AM

"I'm an independent horse and I ain't need no opposable thumbs"?

An impressive trick, at least.

Lawtan 11-20-2016 12:20 PM

One of our horses does that...
So we added a lock to the latch...
She chewed through the lock...
So we made a lock that can't really be chewed through...
She broke that lock...
Now we tie up an elastic chord that smacks her in the nose, a lock with hard-to-chew-through bits, and the latch. She stays in, now.
