It probably works for reality shows that already sequester their contestants. Big Brother did a new season.

But I need well produced non-reality shows. Seems like now would have actually been a good time to make some new adult animated shows. Or something like Black Mirror doing an entire animated season could work.

mdom 09-18-2020 07:09 PM

oooh speaking of which, have you seen The Owl House? It's fun.

The creator said no more black mirror RIP

Biomecha 09-18-2020 08:53 PM

Looks like it's on Hulu which I don't have. There's a few things there I'll hopefully get a chance to watch and on HBO Max if we can ever subscribe for a short while.

I actually seemed to only like a couple of episodes of Black Mirror. I wanted to be more into it, but not sure why it didn't click all that much for me the way it did for others.

Bio, you need to be more of a pirate xD

Because you're already part of that tech bleak future, as a cyborg yourself

Biomecha 09-20-2020 02:00 AM

I'd rather not, though. We've already been down this road.

I think it's because they start off with a good balance of realism and fantasy, but then it becomes more and more exaggerated and over the top with most episodes. So the ones that don't follow that style tend to be more of what I might like. If that makes sense...

I reinstalled discord, by the way.

mdom 09-21-2020 09:27 PM

Ah yeah it does... like each season has to have more to top the last one... but we only want good stories!!

Nice. I'm always there if you want to say 'fuck you, go post in trisphee'

Biomecha 09-22-2020 05:31 PM

Yeah, maybe the creator will eventually start something else with good ideas.

I'll just bug you for the sake of bugging you.

mdom 09-24-2020 10:59 PM

c'mon charlie brooker!!

You can always bug me with cool fashion stuff you find around

Biomecha 09-25-2020 02:25 AM

Well, I'm very into Balenciaga's Tyrex sneaker. It's a pretty well executed idea of human musculature translated into a sneaker.

Hoping I can get my hands on this jacket before winter comes.

mdom 09-25-2020 01:34 PM

oooh now that's a cool sneaker.

I can lend you a coat, that's how I imagine my plus size outfits look on thin people xD

Biomecha 09-25-2020 04:49 PM

The shoes are super expensive, but I guess it is at least partially justified for how many pieces it has.

It's hard to commit to getting a jacket that is actually capable of keeping you warm, since you only need them a few days out of the year here.

mdom 09-25-2020 09:19 PM

I saw heels made of usb cables on twitter xD ugh can't find it in my likes page. It was a cheap version of those shoes, of course

Aah same, this year I guess I used long sleeves once

Biomecha 09-27-2020 03:51 PM

Heh, I tried to search for it but couldn't find anything.

What's the coldest it usually gets there?

They should make detachable sleeves for climates that are borderline. Layering can work, but gets uncomfortable when the fabric bunches up.

mdom 09-28-2020 06:29 PM

Around 15C. 10C is shocking cold for most people.

True, don't they have that with pants? Even though I really dislike those.

Biomecha 09-28-2020 07:44 PM

Ah, it does rarely get below freezing here. If you want it to be more frigid, I could always come over.

I think for outdoor clothing that needs multiple functions to minimize weight for carrying things.

mdom 09-29-2020 01:43 PM

I want below freezing though!

Ah, yes, clothes are functional xD
I'm gonna create a shirt but the removable part is the chest area
