I had 2 appointments today
Got in to an ultrasound and they informed me when I was in the er my cyst was 4.8 cm, and today 5 days later it is 2.9 cm.

yeah XD between my fifth and sixth vertebrae, the bottom has one forming upwards and the top is starting to get pointy going down so it likely will form one too to meet the bottom one

did they at least set up an appt to grind it down or something? geez that's terrible Dx

no insurance. they dont even want to keep an eye on it XD

you guys are scaring me more about going to the doctor!!!

I have a friend with FD (Fibrous dysplasia) where her bone actually replaces itself with fibrous tissue ("scar-like (fibrous) tissue develops in place of normal bone" was the exact wording of wiki) and had her hip and part of her femur replaced at 23 because of it. every few years they go in and grind down any part of her bone that has started growing out of control.
So make sure it really is just a bone spur CHO
and Glitch don't be scared to go, because once you've been diagnosed with something you have the ability to treat and care for it, you cannot start treatment however if you don't go.

well i've been diagnosed since I was like 6 xD There is no cure though. And symptoms get worse with age. So I'm starting to feel some of the things like the possible dural ecstasia I was telling you about. . . And it's scary because if all that stuff is starting I'm going to be really hating life by the time I'm 40 >.< it's easier to pretend everything is ok and that I just need a massage xD

also, i said five and six but it was six and seven, the top is the spur that is and the bottom is the spur that will one day be XD also, apperently a straight neck is a bad thing and i think i get now why tipping my head back is where i breath best XD
