Sleep is always good. I have been having a hard time sleeping. My back has been killing me and whenever I move oddly in my sleep i wake up.....

And maybe an ice bath if it's not too cold, which would be followed by an oatmeal bath and then a hot bath. for thorough healing and relaxation. ^_^

I have been going to a chiropractor. Later on today i have to go to and get a medical massage which isn't a happy feely massage but a deep tissue massage to try to release some tension in my shoulder and neck.... its gonna be painful.

No pain no gain... Its true but I have deep tissue bruises across my shoulders and neck. It hurts to move now even more than before...... But I just have to remind myself its for the betterment of my back......
