The anime? It's awesome! Yes, technology has a good amount to do with it. The series is hard to explain though.

Oh, another interesting anime that is kind of odd at first is Welcome to the NHK!

so looked up fooly cooly... and i remembered why it knew it... bc when i heard it i though of FLCL and then the picture popped up in my head... so i know what it is

School rumble was about this girl loving this guy that was moving (that she had yet to actually talk to). And it was a love triangle because this 'tough guy' loves her. It got crazy, some of it was actually funny though.
