Refreshing normally gets me either another or the same white screen, or a screwed up, glitchy battle that usually ends in a loss/forfeit.

The back bar does the same.

Eh they can get over it, frankly. First time is always shakey. You just have to deal with it, and thats coming from someone who's already in a bad mood and is aggrivated from work.

The thing is with any website the events are going screw up the site, same thing with upgrades.
You just learn to live with it what does it matter so long as you have fun.

Well, I spent the night being sprayed by a hose white trying to clean smoker grills, I'm covers in grease, my pants are ruined from the fryers, spent the night trying to clean up the oil because the fryer filter jacked up and oil spattered everywhere and somehow moved far enough from the fryer that the opil was pouring on the floor instead of the basin. Huzzah for continuing sentecnes!
And I've made no progress on my review.
