Nothing you can just do completely online either then? Have you tried applying for grants or something?
=p see even you go for the grants and student loan option! I refuse to be stuck paying back money for the rest of my life. xD
TCTC doesn't do online classes yet. at least not the one near me. |
College is overrated.
There's some grants that I think are just money without having to pay them back but I'm not sure since I wasn't eligible for most of them anyways because of my dad's income. ^^; And never do loans, that's one of the worse possible things. @.@ And I'm not talking college, just trade school, which should be a LOT cheaper than even community college. :/
I'll be joining one once i find one near me with my interests (JAPANESE LANGUAGE ARTS!) 3:< WHY do only collages teach this shiz.. fk
Im in college... and its still overrated
thank you for letting me know <3
1 you are relearning everything from High school. (wasted time, credits and money)
And on top of that the "new" things I learn are old to me... Most you are doing it for is a piece of paper that says degree |
and even if you get that paper there is no guarantee that you'll get a job in the field you want anyway 3:<
FINALLY!!!!!! D:< I been working on this song on easy mode for 2 days now 3:< Finally got not just a perfect but a Perfect S+ Score on it! Easy Mode isn't as easy when you're trying for perfects 3:< |
easy mode is lazy mode
I plan on getting perfects on ALL modes! OnO Easy Normal and Hard on button and tap modes! OuO
Umm...aren't laws slowly making community colleges public/cheaper (possibly "free" in the "your raised taxes pay for it" manner)?
And yeah, there are several merit and charitable-based scholarships, where you have to submit information (like justifying you are a twin, or Amerindian, or high school GPA) and you will be measured against other applicants. Then there are lottery-style (fully random, and competitive, but free), or commission-style (submit an essay/artwork, and they get the art...but you get funding and exposure), internship based (where you apply to work with a company in the hopes that you get college paid off while they have a potential/certain new employee)...similar with military (but they try to trick you to get more privates than paying graduated folk...if you have to deploy before or during college, they may not have to pay if you die...) Then there are the loans... |
Meh.. lemme know when the community ones become free =o=
These AR cards for the miku game are pissing me off.. only wanting natural light to work 3:< |
hyjin, what degree are you going for? o.O I've taken plenty of classes on things I never did in high school, like Calc I, Calc II, Calc II, Topology, Modern Geometry (had to prove geometry exists), Differential Equations and Linear Algebra. Then again I have a B.A. in Mathematics, I don't know what it is for the other degree programs.
I have AS in Electrical Engineering Tech, working on my BS in the same program.
ML is now qualified to be a math teacher for 1st graders xD
