No, not a cramp. I stretched and now it hurts...it's still hurting, but the hurt depends on how I sit and things...and how much I move my arm around.

'o' you should come have some of momma's steaks.. she does it over the stove and she doesn't fry it.. she puts some water into the pan and broils it and its so tasty and flavorful
