It's how it seems to be at work. I think part of it has to deal with the fact that they don't provide proper coverage during those less busy times. But they barely provide enough staff during busy times.

You would think they'd learn to schedule though. We'll have four techs on, one me, and they'll be doing nothing while I have a line.

-Nods- I say it is all a load of "hoopla" and that these people need to understand that during busy times, you add staff to appropriate departments.

-Sighs- I'm not even a business major and I know this.

lol. I can't wait for the pay check for this week though. I get my paid vacation money.

According to the time off slips, because I am between 1 and 5 years, I should get 2 weeks work. Which is like a 40 hour week because of being part time.... I hope it's right.
