Hopefully it turns out differently for you. This is to finally replace the one that was removed?
Yes
but here we have many options so the votes are spread it's like terrible candidate - 26% candidate I'll personally vote for - 18% candidate who'll probably win - 15% candidate who was governor of my state - 10% woman candidate who is a nice person but won't ever be elected - 5% |
Do your 500 parties have to stick with voting for their own party only, in the first round?
Everything is direct, we don't vote for someone who vote for us, we vote directly on the representatives we want
That sounds better, in theory at least. But then so does having multiple parties. I wonder if there would be as much of a culture of us vs. them if we had it.
They've been feeding that here lately... it's the reason this asshole(from a small party) has such a cult following. He says he's the only one against the workers party that ruled the country for the past uh 15 years or so
Ah, that's too bad. People seem to forget your voting with everyone, not against them. Since the decision effects everyone.
Yeah it's like people can't think straight
nothing matters, only taking them out. it's scary |
Maybe we can both move to Canada...or somewhere else. Less warm, at least.
Canada is good if you're not native, at least

mdom: Because of the issues with the First Nations people?
Espy: Sure, you're easy enough to pack in a box, right? We'd have to get an adapter if it's somewhere with a different electrical system. |
Yes. No place is perfect D:
Yeah. It would at least be better to have free healthcare.
That's true!!
And not a totally insane president |
The US is currently sinking into a shithole, so.
The Netherlands would be nice for the biking culture. That way you don't have to drive or be close to other people on public transportation.
Espy: Yep. Just...yep. |
That's nice, also my husband(well, one of my online spouses) Tuijp lives there.

I met him in Solia!
many years ago. |
Ah, cool. I never really got into Solia.
It's pretty different now. I don't really go there now except to check news.
It's actually a little scary, how different it is :|
It feels like their success now relies heavily on gambling addiction.
It was a good place, a long time ago.
It certainly had good people. |
Yeah, I don't remember anyone in particular though. I think there might have been someone who had an awesome contest with some famous model. I could be wrong.
tip Tyra Banks and her twilight items D:
I spent so much on that mule |
It was a fabulous mule. Maybe she'll show up somewhere else.
Why can't more sites have a dream avatar function!!!
I wonder if it's that much harder with more color options.
Probably.
But also recolor has that option and the options there are... well, infinite |
Which recolor option?
recolor.me I meant xDDD
there's a color slider so you can choose saturation, brightness etc even a negative option |
Ohhh, that would be neat. No. Wait. That might be too many options to pick from.
Negative option? |
Uh you know back in our days when photographs were taken in that brown roll... and their colors were not the color they would be in the paper.... that kind of negative you can choose.
Ah, that would be a cool effect. Even as rainbow.
Some people there make some cool translucid avatars in pastel tones.
I do... only rainbow. |
Hmm, tempting to join but I doubt I could keep up. Maybe I'll create an account to check it out because it doesn't let you look without one.
How mean D:
they don't have monthly stuff there, at least. Tekton (the tektek creator!) is against that so there is a subscriber option but it just gives you the items that you can buy with gold. And the items don't retire. Event items you can buy with 'karma' that is currency accumulated from playing games/posting. |
Tektek! I haven't seen that name in a looong time. But I'll try it out. I need some sort of distraction and can't seem to make a new outfit here at the moment.
