They keep disappearing from the system because when I check the status, there's no status update and the company never receive my package. I had to file report with UPS multiple times just for that kind of problem.

Eh... It really depends on where, I guess. I got some wickedly pigmented eyeshadows on Amazon for less than $15, and they don't make my eyes itch.

True, but honestly, that sounds more like an issue with the shipping company than the makeup company, to me.

Amazon will give you refunds if stuff disappears in shipping.
