In china it will, it's forbidden. A decade or so ago there was a big crackdown on protesters who were practicing Tai-chi (yes, tai-chi in the name of protest) where the Red Army openned fire on them and arrested others, torturing a good number of them. Oh they are surviving. They are stronger now than they were 10 years ago. They just realise that Communism doesn't necisarrily mean that capitalism can't be of good use. China is a land of subjegation and has always been that way. The LEader of China is still ordaned in a way, and unless a different leader takes power, through another revolution, there will always be the Red State, the People's Republic of China. That is why they are slowly buying up steel, lead, and oil reserves. The irony is that Communism has always equated capitalism to greed, but communism is greed in carnate, and the Chinese not only know this but embrace it.
